We use Adams brand caps that are made from high-quality 100% lightweight, breathable cotton; these are pigment-dyed and have a worn-in/lived in look to them similar to Comfort Colors! They are a perfect, everyday staple for all your outfits. On the back, there is a tuck-away leather back strap with antiqued brass buckle and grommet to size it how you'd like it to fit!

Please note that processing time is the amount of business days that it takes from when we receive your order to the time it ships out - this does not include national holidays or weekends. Standard processing time is 3 - 7 business days and varies depending on order demand. Additionally, processing time is completely separate from shipping time. Shipping time is the length of time it takes USPS to deliver your order from the date that it is shipped. We offer three different shipping options: Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express. From November 1st - December 31st, we are not able to accept Rush Orders due to the Holiday Season demand.

Due to the custom nature of the items listed, we are unable to offer refunds/exchanges unless a mistake is made on our part.

Sizing Details

All of our adult hats are a unisex fit - however, they do have an adjustable leather strap in the back with a brass buckle to help fit your head size!

Custom/Personalized Orders

We accept custom orders - just use our Custom Cap listing to purchase! Please note some fonts have sizing restrictions so we may be unable to use your chosen font, but will work with you to find an alternative option.

If font choice is not provided at time of purchase or you go over the max characters (30 including spaces), we will issue a cancellation of your order as we are unable to process it. Due to creative differences, we will not choose a font for you. You are more than welcome to re-place your order with all required information however!

Once proofs are sent for custom orders, if there is no response within 3 business days the hat will be created as shown per the proof, and shipped according to normal processing time.

Color Combinations

We are more than happy to provide you with our feedback regarding color combinations in the case that you reach out to us before the order is completed and shipped. Please note that our feedback is merely a suggestion based on previous orders, and the final color combination is up to you as the customer. We are not liable if you are unhappy with the color combination that you chose.

Returned to Sender Orders

If an order is returned to sender by USPS, we will reach out to the customer to coordinate. We are not liable for shipping costs in the case that the order is returned to us unless a mistake was made on our end!

As every hat is made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We do want our customers to be happy with their purchase so we are happy to look into your options in the case that you are unhappy with your hat; however, we are a very small business and our options are limited.

This ballcap is great quality and fit for ladies! The slot in the back to tuck the extra band once tightened is rimmed with a tarnished gold metal- very stylish and nice touch with no awkward strap hanging loosely out the back. I only wish I had received the coupon offer before purchasing. Highly recommend this cap!

Im really confused how my shipping cost went from $5.75 and then I ended up being charged 13.50. If the hat was going to end up being $40 and over I’d just buy a KC Royals hat at the stadium. Disappointed that a $25 hat turned into $40+ hat. Also I ordered well over a week before the game I went to that I planned to wear the hat. It did not get delivered on time!
